2 years agoBrand new to this journey. I tripped and fell at Thanksgiving. Now I believe the good Lord had a hand in that. Never sick. But did injure my shoulder and ta da! MRI on that shoulder something “lit up” on my Scapula. So now newly diagnosed. Metastatic Breast Cancer IV. Had no clue. Have a great Dr and she has a plan. And I will fight hard.

What an unexpected way to receive life-changing news, but it sounds like having a great doctor with a plan is already providing some direction during this overwhelming time. Many in this community have found strength they didn't know they had after their diagnosis, and connecting with others who understand this journey can be incredibly valuable as you move forward with treatment.
