I didn’t u were a diabetic. I am too. What type of pill or insulin do u take? Since I’ve been on this treatment immunotherapy-chemo it runs my sugar up to 350-400. My Dr gave me the short acting insulin to bring it down faster. Sometimes u know when u’re stressed out that will also run the sugar. Well again good luck. I still think u need a second opinion ❤️

This is definitely something to discuss with your surgical team right away - they'll be able to evaluate your specific situation and determine if any adjustments to your surgery timeline are needed. Blood sugar management before surgery is important for healing, and your medical team has experience helping patients navigate these concerns. Reaching out to them today will give you the clearest guidance and help ease your worries about the timing.

What kind of insurance do u have? I’m in the medical field and I have never heard of that. U need to talk the patient advocate of the hospital u’re going into and she’ll guide u as to what to do. Or talk to ur Dr. who’s doing the surgery and ask him or his office manager as to what to do. I can’t believe there isn’t anything u can do. Have u called to find out why they won’t cover the surgery. Something is not right either Dr. or people in his office are not explaining the situation right or u need a second opinion. It just doesn’t sound right. I have never had a problem on or off Medicare. And once they start treating u or have seen the Dr. for this they can’t stop treating u. Talk to the Dr.’s office or call the insurance company. Let me know how and what’s going on. If I can help let me know. Good luck! Mary❤️

Hi I’m just checking in to see if u found out anything? The thing is that if u saw ur Dr. for cancer and treatment once they start treating u they can’t refuse to continue on with the treatment as long as the Dr. informs them as to what’s going on. Please let me know how u’re making out at anytime . Good luck! ❤️
