10 months agoI have just developed a sore throat on one side out of the blue & painful. Could this be that it’s possibly spreading to lymph or am I being way too paranoid ? I know you have many in your neck. I’m really spooked. I was diagnosed on Wednesday and have to have an MRI Tuesday as my breasts are so dense they need to see what’s going on. Biopsy said does not appear to be in lymph but I’m getting nervous about this waiting period. Any thoughts?

It's completely understandable to feel anxious during this waiting period, especially when new symptoms appear. A sore throat can develop for many reasons and doesn't necessarily indicate cancer spread, particularly since your biopsy showed no apparent lymph node involvement. The MRI will provide your medical team with clearer information, and discussing any new symptoms with your healthcare provider can help address your concerns and provide reassurance during this challenging time.

7 months agoThe waiting is the hardest part! My second cancer was breast cancer last year. Now I've had a sore throat and a blood clot for no reason, and they say it is a mass outside of my esophagus. I have no idea what is going to said. I have 2 weeks to see my doctor and see if I have any choices. But always keep hope!
