What a journey you've been through with such serious health challenges. Many people at the 120-day mark find themselves in a similar place of recovery - physically doing better but still working through the emotional and physical adjustments that come after intensive treatment. The community here understands that healing extends well beyond hospital discharge, and it's completely normal to still be working through struggles during this phase of recovery. Connecting with others who have walked this path can provide valuable perspective and encouragement as you continue moving forward.
