3 years agoI’m working on a project to gather all of the best lifestyle advice for those of us living with MBC. Exercise as we can seems to be the big one that come up again and again but what else have you been told? Anyone drastically change their diet?

Beyond exercise, many find that prioritizing good sleep habits, staying connected with loved ones, and managing stress through activities like meditation or gentle hobbies can make a meaningful difference in daily well-being.
