a year agoHi Pamela, Can you share more about your treatment plan since being diagnosed with MBC? Thanks
Accepted Answer
Treatment planning for metastatic breast cancer involves many considerations, and sharing experiences can be incredibly valuable for others navigating similar journeys. The community would benefit from hearing about different approaches, side effects management, and how treatment decisions are made in partnership with oncology teams.

6 months agoYes, I learned Aug 2024 of my Invasive Ductal Carcinoma diagnosis (with a concerning lymph node in my armpit). After a PET Scan, MRI, and bone scan, I learned I had Mets to several bones. First week in Sept, I started on Letrozole. *Also, I take supplements (doctor approved), eat clean, pray/focus on being grateful even with this diagnosis, and walk every day. I am going to start Kisqali on Friday (AFTER my bone biopsy which is scheduled for tomorrow). I have accepted meds and tests will be my new normal. We learn we are stronger than we think and we make it… one day at a time 👊🏼
