10 months agoHi it’s my 1st time interacting with the app/this forum. I was diagnosed with Triple Negative breast cancer end of June 2024, stage 4 with metastasis to my lungs but seemingly not the lymph nodes. After 16 rounds of chemo (1st cycle of 12 Keytruda, taxil and carboplatin) last 4 of adriamicin and Keytruda. We confirmed my chemo was done last Friday the 17th. I was supposed to do scans in a couple of weeks and move to xeloda for the maintenance pill. By that Wednesday I was in the hospital with severe headaches and found out that it had metastasized to my brain, but completely cleared from breast and lungs. Starting two weeks of whole brain radiation this coming Wednesday the fifth. Looking for any positive news of people surviving this and what actual side effects of memory loss and cognitive decline they might have experienced or just any encouragement or feedback possible. I wish you all so much health and peace in your own struggles Nancy

6 months agoI had 5 tumors in my brain and they did the gamma knife radiation on me one time and they all completely disappeared! It was a true miracle! I would highly recommend this for you! It was painless and didn’t take that long.
