This news must feel overwhelming, and it's completely understandable to want to learn about treatment options from others who have walked this path. Many community members have experience with various therapies for HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer, including CDK4/6 inhibitors, endocrine therapies, and other targeted treatments that oncologists often consider for multiple sites of disease. Connecting with others here who can share their experiences may help you feel more prepared for discussions with your medical team about what approach might work best for your specific situation.

I'm also HR+/HER2- with bone mets now with bone, lung, liver and kidney mets. I started with Ibrance with letrozole for abt 2 years, then; Ibrance and fluvestraunt for abt 5 years. Kisqali with exemestane for 6 mos. Afinitor/ everolimus with exemestane for 3 mos. Capsitabine for abt 3 mos. I just got a port and I get Taxol once a week for 2 weeks then off a week. My CA27:29 is creeping up again, I get scans in Nov.. Have you had genome testing? I don't have the ERSN or PIK3, but I do have the PTEN mutation.
