Seeking Advice: My Metastatic Breast Cancer Journey

I was diagnosed with MBC Feb 2020 ( bone), breast cancer diagnosis is 2000 Treated with Faslodex, Ibrance and Xgeva, ONJ in Dec 2022, stopped Xgeva, progression noted Jan 2023, continued Faslodex, stopped Ibrance, added several meds over the last 1.5 yrs, exemestane, Rubraca, Lynparza, could not tolerate, now on Xeloda, progression again noted on recent PET, not sure what is next Anyone have similar experience?, Any advice? Thanks Evelyn Evelyn

Evelyn, do you have a BRCA mutation? I was on Ibrance for 6 years with letrozole, then fluvestrant. I did reduce Ibrance to 100mg. I've been on Xgeva for 8 years. I'm currently on Kisqali and exemestane. I get scans next week. There are at least 2 more CDK4/6 that you could try. Have you filled out your diagnosis on this app? It will give you the NCCN treatment options for your diagnosis. My oncologist has been spot on with their recommendations.
