Thank you for sharing your journey and these important questions with the community. Dealing with multiple health challenges while managing cancer treatment can feel overwhelming, especially when facing them without strong support systems. Many community members have experienced similar struggles with medication tolerance and swallowing difficulties during treatment - these are common concerns that others here may be able to relate to and discuss. The cervical region issues you're asking about are something other members might have insights on as well. Consider reaching out to your medical team about the medication difficulties, as they may have solutions or alternatives that could help. This community is here to support each other through these challenging experiences, and your openness in sharing creates space for others to connect and offer their perspectives.

Try lowering your chin down when swallowing your pills. Drink at least 8 oz of water after swallowing. All the scans give you lots of information. Much of the information is probably normal for your age. But, write down your questions and ask your oncologist if you need to talk to a specialist about any of the findings. I leave a space below each question so I can write her answers and remember them or follow up afterwards.
