a year agoI have been on Ibrance for almost 1 year and Letrezole. I had to lower the dose of the Ibrance to 100 and my white blood count still is not stable it goes down with every other blood test I do every month. Has this happened to any of you. My Oncologist said I can lower the dose one more time but I am hoping it stablelizes

Managing dose adjustments while on targeted therapy can be challenging, and this concern about white blood cell counts is something that comes up for many patients in this community. Working closely with your oncologist to find the right balance between treatment effectiveness and manageable side effects is so important. Others here may have similar experiences to share about their journey with dose modifications and blood count monitoring.

6 months agoYes, I have. My oncologist gave me a month off, then 100mg dose. I was on Ibrance and letrolzole for 3 years. Had DP, stayed on Ibrance but with fluvestrant for another 5 years.
