Is anyone on Itovebi? I’ve been on Ibrance, with fulvesterant and Zometa injections/infusions, and had very few side effects and cancer markers were going down. Oncologist just added Itovebi to the mix and I’m not loving it—fatigue, weird sensations in my knees, plus it raises blood sugar so now I’m also on Metformin and Jardiance. I was managing everything so well and now just getting depressed because of all these new side effects. Oh, and my 19-year-old cat is not well, which really isn’t helping! Anyway, if anyone has experience with Itovebi, I’d be interested in hearing about it.

Tell your oncologist it is affecting your quality of life. Did you ask her why she thought you needed it? If you can, get a 2nd opinion.

We’ve reduced the dosage to see if that helps. It was recently approved for use outside clinical trials, in combination with Ibrance and fulvesterant, for treatment of MBC with specific markers.

I did Itovebi for 3 weeks stopped because side effects very weak,back pain white cells very low.
