2 years agoI have breast cancer that has metastasized in my bones. Taking Letrazole and Ibrance. They seem to be working. Has anyone has had good outcome from these?

6 months agoI also have stage 4 to my bones. I was diagnosed in October 2020.I have been on Ibrance and letrozole the whole 3 years. I Have done pretty well with this treatment. Very minimal side effects. Just recently joint pains from the letrozole. I wish you much success and longevity coping with this❤️

6 months agoI’ve had Stage 4 metastatic for 11 years. Original breast surgery 47 years ago. I was on Letrozole for 9 years when it stopped working. Now on Ibrance and Xgeva. Minor naseau and weakness. Worse thing is the neuropathy . I do use legal medical marijuana for the bone pain (mets to bone, liver and sternum). Doing fairly well, but then I am 73 🙃‼️

6 months agoHi Swarna, I had mets in my lungs, and possibly in my ribs too. I started Ibrance & Letrozole in June 2022. On my last CT scan in Sept 2023 there was no visible metastasis, and my side effects on these meds are pretty manageable. I hope you have good results too. ❤️ Be sure to communicate with your doctor or pharmacist if you have any side effects or any questions as you go.

6 months agoI was on IBrance and Letrazole for 2 years it worked, the only reason I had to stop was due to WBC going too low (down to 0.6).
