2 months agoI've had 3 rounds of so far, and I've found that it makes me tired, with no energy and loss of appetite. But that's me. I go tomorrow for round 4, so we'll see if it gets any better.

2 months agoDo you feel any better on your break ?

2 months agoI’ve been on Trodelvy for approximately seven months. I didn’t experience any side effects the first couple of infusions, however, I did get severe diarrhea after my third and fourth infusion. Over-the-counter and prescription diarrhea medicine did not make much of an impact. It was so bad in fact that I had to take a two week break from treatment and had a dose reduction. My side effects virtually went away after I resumed treatment on the reduced dosage.

2 months agoHave it stopped the progression of your cancer ?

a month agoI was on Trodelvy for 15 months. It slowed the cancer progression for most of that time. I experienced fatigue and lightheadedness, but overall, quality of life was good.

a month agoI’ve been on Trodelvy for metastatic breast cancer (TNBC) for about 8 months. I have not had many side effects at all. I get infusions every other week and I feel pretty good other than diarrhea and being tired. Medication helps with the diarrhea. I’m sure I’ll never feel completely normal but I’m alive! 😊 and my tumors have shrunk significantly.
