It's completely understandable to have questions about how your treatment is working, especially when experiencing unexpected symptoms like breakthrough bleeding. Lupron can affect people differently, and sometimes it takes time for hormone levels to fully adjust, but this is definitely something worth discussing with your oncology team since they know your specific treatment plan and can assess whether any adjustments are needed. Many others in this community have navigated similar concerns with hormone therapies, so hopefully others will share their experiences too.

6 months agoI just started and just had a period my oncologist said that happens. She said it should stop by my second shot.
