a year agoI am being started on enhertu next week after a great four year run with herceptin and perjeta. I’d appreciate your input on side effects that you have experienced. I see I may lose all my hair again. 🙃 Thank you for sharing.

Starting a new treatment can bring up many questions and concerns, especially after having success with a previous regimen. Many community members have shared their experiences with Enhertu, including managing side effects like hair changes, fatigue, and nausea - though everyone's experience can be quite different. Connecting with others who have been on this treatment pathway can provide valuable insights and support as you begin this next step in your journey.

6 months agoI’ve had 3 enhertu infusions and the main side effect for me is nausea. First two rounds were tough with lots of vomiting. Zofran and Compazine have helped a lot. My hair is really thinning not sure if it will all go or not. But my last scan showed improvement so it is working. Wishing you all the best.

6 months agoBtw, Did you have the chemo taxane as a first line treatment and if so how did it compare to enhertu? 😬

6 months agoEnhertu is the first chemo I’ve had. Recently diagnosed with Mets. Started on Verzenio but could not tolerate it, lots of nausea so only lasted about a month on that.

6 months agoI had nausea and vomiting after 1st enhertu as well. Had aloxi before later infusions and that helped a lot. Side effects seemed to get a bit better after awhile, but I did end up losing enough hair that I finally shaved it all off. Came back quickly after I stopped treatment though
