Side Effects of Enhertu Treatment: Your Experiences?

I’ve had 3 enhertu infusions and the main side effect for me is nausea. First two rounds were tough with lots of vomiting. Zofran and Compazine have helped a lot. My hair is really thinning not sure if it will all go or not. But my last scan showed improvement so it is working. Wishing you all the best.

Btw, Did you have the chemo taxane as a first line treatment and if so how did it compare to enhertu? 😬

Enhertu is the first chemo I’ve had. Recently diagnosed with Mets. Started on Verzenio but could not tolerate it, lots of nausea so only lasted about a month on that.

I had nausea and vomiting after 1st enhertu as well. Had aloxi before later infusions and that helped a lot. Side effects seemed to get a bit better after awhile, but I did end up losing enough hair that I finally shaved it all off. Came back quickly after I stopped treatment though
