4 months agoHas anyone ever experienced hot flashes with a warm /burning sensation on the skin during chemotherapy and hormone therapy?? I currently have a cold compress on my back. I have Her 2 negative ER positive PR positive metastatic to liver (small lesions).

These symptoms can be challenging to manage during treatment, and many others in the community have shared similar experiences with hot flashes and skin sensations. Cold compresses can provide relief, and discussing these side effects with your care team can help identify additional management strategies that might work for you.

4 months agoHi Candy. . I experience hot flashes all the time after I started cancer treatments.. I understand certain antidepressants may help but for now I am managing with a fan in my room, cotton cloths, lots of tissues when I go out.

4 months agoI love ice packs too. I buy everything wicking I can. I too get a tingling feeling when hot. I just get cool as soon as possible. I consider it a side effect from medication.
