To get the best possible feedback we recommend you connect your medical records here in the App so our Clinical team has better insight to your situation: Connect your medical records by going to the Home Screen, select the “Treatment” tab at the bottom and then the “Records” tab at the top. Tap the “Connect” button and follow the prompts on the next few screens to authorize access. Thereafter go back to the Home Screen and scroll all the way to the bottom and click on “Ask Outcomes4me “ which will forward your questions to our Clinical Team.
