Running out of treatment options. Can anyone suggest an aggressive, new, effective chemo treatment for stage 4?

Exploring new treatment options when facing advanced cancer requires close collaboration with an oncology team who can evaluate the latest therapies based on specific tumor characteristics and overall health status. Many cancer centers offer clinical trials and emerging treatments that may not have been available previously, and connecting with a medical oncologist who specializes in advanced cases can help identify potential pathways forward.

There is a new drug inlutestrant plus a HR drug, but it has not been approved yet by FDA. But sometimes doctors can get it early or get on the drug trial.

I am on Enhertu and it is doing good for me. I have been on it for about 2 years. Yes I am usually tired with low energy levels for a day or 2 after treatment but I can deal with that. I push myself to get my house cleaned and what does not get cleaned will eventually get done at some point. I wish you the very best and never give up.
