2 days agoGrand Rising everyone! I'm on the check-in. I just found out on my pet scan that my liver tumor markers have went up to 183. Whoa! I've seen my images and it's lighting up. I feel so discouraged especially with my hip pain as well. My treatment remedy has stopped working. And we are going with something else which I will be educated on. But I haven't made a choice yet. Decisions decisions. We all hope we make the right one. I'm standing tall in all that I am in the woman that I've became and the woman that I'm becoming. Life changes and things happen to us. But we have to stay strong guys! We have to trust ourselves and our choices. I get tired of these doctors though. Sometimes I feel that I know more than them. Obviously it's not them going through it it's us going through it. And they have to put that in the perspective. Sometimes you have to snap your doctor out of the tunnel vision of dealing with so many people with so many issues of Cancer. Sometimes I think we know too much we learn too much and we start to think too much. Well it comes with the territory I tell you. Stay hydrated stay positive all is well to all of us!🌷🦋🩷

a day agoRising tumor markers can feel overwhelming, especially when a treatment stops being effective. The strength and positivity shared here while navigating these difficult decisions is truly inspiring. Having open conversations with the medical team about all available options, asking plenty of questions, and advocating for the best possible care approach can help ensure the next treatment plan feels right.
