There is such confusing data concerning cancer fighting foods, herbs and supplements. I am spending a fortune on Amazon but still hope I am doing everything right. My oncologist is great but relies on meds and general healthy eating but I watch my sugar and carbs . I use spices and olive oil on everything. I think a forum dedicated to conditioning Our metabolism to fight inflammation and cancer would helpful.

Navigating cancer nutrition information can feel overwhelming when there's so much conflicting advice online, and it's completely understandable to want to explore every possible way to support your health alongside medical treatment. Many community members share similar experiences with trying to balance evidence-based approaches with the desire to take an active role in their care - perhaps others here have found helpful strategies for evaluating nutrition information or working with their healthcare teams on these topics.

My oncologist doesn't want me to rake any supplements other than vit D and Calcium. I restarted taking vit B12 on my own.. gotta tell him about it .. I understand food is supposed to address the needs... agree a dedicated forum would be nice
