6 months agoHi Lisa. I have been on Enhertu since 9/23 (10 treatments). It seems to be working for me so far. The side effects that I can’t seem to get past are dizziness and vertigo, I have these every infusion and they can last anywhere from one week to two weeks. It’s different every time. I have been to see everyone from a psychiatrist to a neurologist and no one can tell me why I feel this way. Curious what your side effects have been

6 months agoI am also on enhertu to and the side effects are my ankle swells get a lot of diarea. Went for my 3rd treatment and I was told my Wbc is a little low so I am looking to see what supplement I can take to increase it. Thanks

6 months agoI went thru the same thing with my rbc, my wbc and my hemoglobin being low. I drink beet juice and aloe juice and I was taking a supplement for anemia that I purchased thru Amazon. This was done the first time. Still my counts are low so they decreased my dose of the enhertu which is better for me. My side effect is minimal. Thank god.

6 months agoI get premeds of Zofran, steroids, and Emend prior to the Enhertu IV. Mostly dealing with constipation, fatigue, thinning hair. My RBC are a bit low - I was told it's critical to keep watch on iron so I try be sure I have foods higher in iron in my diet. I eat wild blueberries for immune boost between treatments. And I make curry chicken for inflammation. I was told it's best to get supplements through organic food choices vs tablets. The Enhertu is working based on my latest PET scans so we are continuing treatments.
