A diagnostic mammogram before biopsy is a standard part of the workup process, as it provides additional imaging details that help guide the biopsy procedure and gives doctors a complete picture alongside the PET and MRI findings. This comprehensive imaging approach helps ensure the most accurate diagnosis and treatment planning - many others in this community have navigated similar procedures and may share their experiences here.
