24 days agoChemo brain is a very real and common experience that many people in this community understand. There are several helpful strategies that others have shared, like using smartphone reminders, keeping lists, breaking tasks into smaller steps, and being patient with yourself during this challenging time. Many find it helpful to connect with others here who have navigated similar memory and concentration challenges.

8 days agoBetty, brain fog may be your new normal. The AI has many good suggestions. I use Alexa for reminders. I have her remind me to take my pills at 11 am and 10 pm, take my BP 10 am. If I have a doctor appointment I have her remind me to leave giving me an extra 15 minutes to finish dressing and fill my water bottle. I have a shopping list. I use this app to track symptoms and print them when I go to my doctor. It takes time to adjust to your new normal. Be kind to yourself in the meantime. Praying for you. 🙏
