Why do I feel tired and have stomach issues during cancer treatment?

The fatigue and digestive symptoms during the second week of treatment cycles are common experiences that many people going through cancer treatment face. This timing often coincides with when side effects peak, which can make it especially challenging to maintain energy for demanding work like teaching young children. The cycle of starting to feel better just as the next treatment approaches can feel emotionally and physically exhausting, and those feelings of frustration with the process are completely understandable.

I have Melanoma cancer also. I have had radiation on my brain. I am going through infusions and just had my pet scan and a spot came back on my adrenal nodule on top of my kidney. I have to have more radiation in the coming weeks. I have no energy it is so frustrating.
