One of the major side effects of chemotherapy is erectile dysfunction. It leads to mental and emotional distress. I have a wife who loves me to death and I can't enjoy her.

This is such a difficult challenge that many face after cancer treatment, and the emotional impact can be just as significant as the physical changes. The stress and frustration from these side effects can create a cycle that affects both confidence and relationships, but there are medical professionals who specialize in helping cancer survivors navigate these concerns. Consider discussing this openly with your oncology team or asking for a referral to a specialist who can explore options that might help restore intimacy and connection in your relationship.

Hey John, I know that is a really difficult issue. There are alternative options for interacting sexually with your wife. I have experienced some of what you're going through. For me, it is almost as enjoyable to watch my wife have an orgasm as it is for me to have one. I have used oral sex and sex toys to keep her satisfied. I know she really appreciates it and it helps me feel better too. I hope you and your wife can find an alternative that works for you. Try to stay positive and stay strong for the difficult journey you're going through. 💪
