I’m a male with myelofibrosis I have been taking Jakafi for 1-1/2 years. The Jakafi isn’t helping my platelets there going down, I’m not a candidate for bone marrow transplant so there changing my medication to Vonjo i hope for about twenty years or more. That will put me in my mid nineties

Making a medication change can bring up a mix of emotions, from hope about new possibilities to uncertainty about what lies ahead. It sounds like you're approaching this transition with a positive outlook and long-term perspective, which can be really meaningful when navigating treatment adjustments. Many in the community understand how treatment journeys can involve trying different approaches to find what works best. Wishing you well as you begin this new chapter with your care team's guidance.
