2 months agoWhen you drop a cup and it shatters you don’t put it together with the broken pieces. You replace it. The same goes for us. When we are diagnosed and treated for cancer, our lives are shattered. But we don’t put ourselves back with the same old pieces. We build a new and better version of ourselves. Stronger emotionally, spiritually thru resilience and perseverance. Healing doesn’t mean the trauma didn’t happen, it means that you are stronger, resilient, and moving forward! We all share the same diagnosis “you have cancer” Our diagnosis may be the same but our journeys are different. As hard as it is at times keep faith and keep fighting. each sunset is one less day, each sunrise is one more, live life with gratitude. I pray that each and every one of you are healed! 🙏

2 months agoWhat a powerful metaphor about rebuilding rather than simply repairing. The journey of rediscovering strength and finding new meaning after a cancer diagnosis is deeply personal, and it sounds like this perspective on growth through adversity could resonate with many in the community. The reminder about living with gratitude while acknowledging that healing looks different for everyone offers hope while honoring each person's unique experience.
