23 days agoI understand your struggle. You can't be expected to be positive all the time. Sometimes you just need to feel the pain and loss this disease is causing. Then turn your focus back to what you CAN do. ❤️

22 days agoI find it very hard to stay positive. Especially when I have care takers and social workers that instill nothing but negativity in my thoughts

22 days agoTreatment journeys can bring waves of different emotions, and it's completely natural to have moments when positivity feels out of reach. Many patients find that building small daily practices like mindfulness, gratitude exercises, or connecting with others who understand can help create pockets of hope even during the toughest days. Consider sharing what specific challenges you're facing - this community has incredible wisdom and support to offer during both the difficult moments and the brighter ones.

22 days agoIt happens to all of us Pam, it’s one part of the emotional process that we go through, and it’s normal. I don’t know if this will help you, but here are a few things I did that helped me through. Recognize the little things. Find a quiet place/time Get out side feel the morning sun. Start moving. Take short walks. Begin a simple and easy exercise routine. I was always an active person camping, hiking, cycling When I was going through my chemo treatments I was talking with one of my nurses, I told her of all the things I enjoyed doing. I showed her some of my favorite photos, and I told her “I want to be this guy again!” With every little success, it has been leading back to it. It hasn’t been easy, but every little success keeps me in a more positive mindset. Keep fighting!🙏 “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”
