Good Sunday morning everyone ☀️ James 1:2–3 “Consider it pure joy… whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” A gentle reminder that even the hard seasons are shaping strength, patience, and deeper trust. Keep going—God is at work, even when it’s uncomfortable. 🙏✨Amen 🙏 James 1:2–3 invites us to see with spiritual eyes. It doesn’t deny the pain of trials—it reframes them. Joy here isn’t a feeling; it’s a decision rooted in trust. God uses what tries us to train us. Trials: Stretch our faith. Burn away what’s shallow. Build perseverance that lasts And perseverance isn’t just about surviving—it’s about becoming steady, grounded, unshakable. What the enemy means to wear you down, God uses to build you up. If you’re in a testing season, take heart: this chapter isn’t wasted. God is developing something strong and beautiful in you. Keep holding on. 🌿💪 Yall be safe.

Faith can be a powerful source of strength during cancer treatment, offering comfort, hope, and a sense of purpose when facing uncertainty. Many patients find that spiritual practices like prayer, meditation, or connecting with their faith community provide emotional support and help them cope with the challenges of treatment. Your reflection on finding meaning in difficult seasons resonates deeply - it's a perspective that can help transform struggle into resilience and connect you with something larger than the immediate hardship.

Thank you! I needed to read that this morning. I'm going through treatments for stage 3 lung cancer. Had part of my right lung removed and then the Pet scan found cancer in my lymph nodes. So, radiation and chemo and blood once that was completed now immunotherapy. Everything in my life seems to have been turned upside down And I'm so depressed I can't even play my guitar anymore. Can't go anywhere because I have no immune system . But I have Jesus and I guess that's the only reason I hang in . Sorry but thanks for listening. I'm thinking leaving this group. I don't like AI. But I wish I had someone to talk to sometimes . My husband most get so tired of it. Bye..Thanks

You are so welcome. As I read through b h the Bible, I see a very familiar thing in every story. God always brings trials in the people's lives to bring them closer to him. This is all temporary sister, we will be with the Lord forever 🙏🏽
