Receiving this type of diagnosis can feel overwhelming, and it's completely natural to have many questions about how to navigate the emotional challenges that come with it. Finding healthy coping strategies like mindfulness, connecting with others who understand your journey, and working with mental health professionals who specialize in cancer care can make a meaningful difference in managing the stress and uncertainty that often accompany a cancer diagnosis.
