Yes so far so good. I will pray for your good results as well as mine. I am sure the peace and solitude reduced your stress level which is always beneficial to our health. Have a great day!

Hello! Jane, I know that a lot of people find solitude scary or uncomfortable. For me solitude is a place of healing, self reflection, a space where you can sit with your morning coffee in silence, watch the sun rise and greet the day with gratitude. A place where you can feel safe and at peace. Every sunset is one day less, and every sunrise is one more day, living with gratitude puts things in perspective and allows you to appreciate them more. Have a blessed day! Keep fighting, keep smiling. “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”🙏
