I have pancreatic cancer, then developed heart issues. I have had cancer for 2 years. I am on chemo treatment. I get very weepy a lot. Doesn't anyone else deal with this.

You're absolutely not alone in experiencing these emotional waves - many people going through cancer treatment find that tears come more easily, and it's a completely natural response to what you're facing. The combination of treatment effects, stress, and the emotional weight of your journey can all contribute to feeling more emotional than usual. This community is filled with people who truly understand what you're going through, and sharing these feelings here shows real strength in reaching out for connection and support.

Yes my emotions are all over the place. Having some one to talk to is great. MSK has many options. From people who listen to exercise classes to herbal medicines . The whole thing is overwhelming. You need a release. They treat the cancer. You need to treat the mind.

Emotions can be uncontrollable. I often find tears well up to the surface literally for a second then disappear. Other times I do cry for no particular reason. But, I also laugh a lot I have a warped sense of humour that has served me well. Overall I'll take the laughter over tears but I do allow whatever happens to happen. It's important to express whatever is there😂

I've had pancreatic cancer for two years. I am living with my daughter so I can get my treatments in Boston. My man is in Florida and it's hard being away from our life together. I'm not sure if I'll ever get back there. So yes I cry allot, I try to do it alone. Everyone says I'm such a warrior, so strong. But I didn't feel that way inside. I just feel like a cancer patient. That's my identity because it has literally taken over my life. God bless 🙏
