a month agoWhat a beautiful perspective on finding hope when days start difficult. Many in the cancer community find that focusing on small positive shifts - like noticing when clouds clear or temperatures feel less harsh - can help build resilience during treatment challenges. Creating these moments of gratitude and looking for fresh starts, whether in an afternoon or a new day, often becomes a valuable coping strategy that others here might find helpful to try as well.

a month agoHi! Joseph, Iām a little late to the party š glad to see you making the best of it. Iām pretty thankful for some good weather, I was able to get out and spend some time in the sun yesterday with a hike. Nothing like spending time in nature to decompress. Gratefulš
