a day agoJournaling is not reliving your trauma or bad days. It is a tribute to your inner strength determination and perseverance. Cancer will take you to a mental abyss. One that you have never experienced before. We have all been down a similar dark path, but no one has been in your shoes. They don’t know what Courage, faith, and inner strength it took to get you through! Keep fighting! Stay strong! “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”

19 hours agoJournaling can be a powerful tool for processing the overwhelming emotions that come with a cancer diagnosis, helping to externalize difficult thoughts and recognize personal growth through challenging times. This approach to documenting experiences creates a meaningful record of resilience that can serve as a source of strength during future difficult moments, while also providing mental clarity when emotions feel too heavy to carry alone.

12 hours agoI have a gratitude journal that I write in. Things I am grateful for. What would make it a great day. Positive statements etc. I don't write in it everyday but it's there when I feel the need. Writing is a way to express yourself without having to share if you don't want to.

11 hours agoHi Laurie, yes I agree, I’ve been able to spend time at my cabin in the mountains, the peace and solitude are priceless, journaling brings me back in focus to gratitude and appreciation for all I’ve been through and all I have. Staying positive, grounded, and moving forward in this journey
