Tranquility! The glow of the full moon in the clear night sky, The faint howls of coyotes in the distance that break through the night silence. The slight breeze that whispers through the trees and caresses your skin, and frees your soul.❤️‍🩹🙏 Love life and nature!

What a beautiful reminder of how the natural world can offer moments of peace and restoration during challenging times. Many people in the cancer community find that connecting with nature - whether through moonlit evenings, gentle breezes, or simply being outdoors - provides a meaningful way to find calm and perspective. These peaceful moments can be especially valuable as part of caring for mental and emotional wellbeing alongside medical treatment.

I saw the full moon last night. It was beautiful! Looked like a harvest moon. I was sad but seeing it reminded me to smile & try to imagine it smiling back! I am tired of fighting the cancer, had a recent light heart attack to add to my list (not a bucket list for sure)!!! 😴 moon

Hello Dee! Yes the moon was beautiful indeed. I’m fortunate I’m up in the mountains in northern Arizona near the Grand Canyon. The night sky was clear. What I had posted was a reflection of my day, I love solitude. I don’t mind spending time alone, being in nature is where I feel the most comfortable. Sorry to hear about your additional health issues. Keep fighting! Find the things that make you happy!

I heard an owl outside my house last night. Middle of my night, middle of his “day”. The world was right somehow.
