6 months agoI was diagnosed with pleural mesothelioma 9 months ago. The tumor grew during chemo so I stopped it after only 4 infusions. I had no confidence in my Oncologist. So, I switched doctors and hospitals. After two treatments of immunotherapy, I got an auto-immune which has caused treatment to stop. Now I've been on prednisone for months to stop the diarrhea, but not much success. I feel things just keep getting worse for me. I know my cancer is incurable, but I just want to feel better and shrink the tumor. I feel lost.

6 months agoI'm sorry you are suffering so. I also want to feel better, after 2 surgeries and 33 radiation treatments for Stage 4 oral cancer. I'm slowly healing, but it seems like some other related things keep showing up. I am lost, too. I am trying to stay positive, wanting to be busy with life, but here I am on the couch again. I hope you will be able to get a different treatment that improves your quality of life. We need to be strong, even while lost.
