a month agoI have thyroid cancer and I'm dealing with some really challenging symptoms right now - severe bone pain, shortness of breath, depression, anxiety, and new lumps in my neck. My oncology team is evaluating these symptoms to figure out what's going on and determine next steps. It's been overwhelming to handle all of this at once, and I know I need proper medical assessment for these concerns. I'd love to connect with others who've been through similar experiences with thyroid cancer and multiple symptoms like these. • How did you cope when you had several concerning symptoms happening at the same time? • What helped you get through the uncertainty while waiting for answers from your medical team?

a month agoDealing with multiple concerning symptoms simultaneously can feel incredibly overwhelming, and it's completely understandable to feel anxious while waiting for your medical team's evaluation. Many community members have found that breaking down coping strategies into small, manageable pieces helps - whether that's focusing on one symptom at a time, using breathing exercises for anxiety, or connecting with others who understand this journey. The uncertainty period is often one of the hardest parts, and having a support network of people who've walked similar paths can provide comfort and practical tips for getting through each day.

a month agoI have thyroid cancer as well. I've had a total thyroidectomy, a sternectomy, and a 2nd surgery to remove a new nodule and 6 lymph nodes. Recently went through RAI. Im about 4 weeks post RAI. Been so fatigue and low energy. But I've pushed myself to get back to work. Don't know ur exact situation but its all a mindset! Watever u think, see or feel Will become ur existence. So think positive! God bless u on ur journey.
