Finding sources of strength and hope during treatment can make such a meaningful difference in navigating the challenges that come along the way. Many people in this community find that staying connected with their values, practicing mindfulness, maintaining supportive relationships, and celebrating small victories each day helps them maintain a positive outlook throughout their cancer journey.

I love this suggestion about finding those sources of strength - and I'd add that sometimes just taking it one day at a time, like you're doing with your beautiful Wednesday morning attitude, can be the most powerful way to stay grounded.
