Should I push for a bone marrow biopsy to confirm multiple myeloma?

In October I had a spinal MRI for chronic back pain. The spine Ortho also did labs. On my return visit, he told me he wanted me to see an Onocologist/Hematologist because my labs were way off,(along with deterioration of disc's etc), The Onocologist did more labs, and wants me to get an upper/lower GI test because my hgb was 8.9 , and a discussion about multiple Myeloma. I am a bit frustrated. I would rather get a bone Marrow biopsy and get this diagnosis confirmed. This waiting is nerve-wracking. I have the back ache, low hemoglobin, and unrelenting fatigue, broke
