Should I push for a bone marrow biopsy to confirm multiple myeloma?

In October I had a spinal MRI for chronic back pain. The spine Ortho also did labs. On my return visit, he told me he wanted me to see an Onocologist/Hematologist because my labs were way off,(along with deterioration of disc's etc), The Onocologist did more labs, and wants me to get an upper/lower GI test because my hgb was 8.9 , and a discussion about multiple Myeloma. I am a bit frustrated. I would rather get a bone Marrow biopsy and get this diagnosis confirmed. This waiting is nerve-wracking. I have the back ache, low hemoglobin, and unrelenting fatigue, broke

What should I expect after stopping Optivo treatment for melanoma?

Diagnosis 1/10/20 started Optivo 2/2/20. Also had stroke 12/26/19 had craniaotomy that's when melanoma discovered in brain. Many MRIs and Scans nothing discovered advancing. Oncologist says time to take a break from Optivo side effects causing some weakness. Anyone on Optivo for 5 years taken off know what symptoms to look for. Having more MRIs at 3 months being off of Optivo. Also currently having siatica problems. Got shot helped am having PT two times a week. Pain on left leg causing sleep problems.

Will fluid around my heart prevent me from joining cancer clinical trials?

I ha have fluid around the sac of my heart, I’m trying to have the carte clinical trial treatment, will that stop me?

How to cope with starting oral chemo after clear PET scan results?

Hi ! I got my PET scan and it is clear,my bone marrow biopsy has an odd defect so I have to start oral chemotherapy and an injection! I switched to the another MD @ U of M Sylvester! Praying for the best!🙏
