What causes monthly severe illness episodes with multiple myeloma?

Good afternoon everyone I am a 53-year-old grandmother of two who was diagnosed last year with multiple myeloma and since I've got nothing on myeloma I constantly get sick for 3 to 4 days really bad every month I'm looking for other people that can explain this cancer

I was just diagnosed in aug. This year . I can't help you sister, I don't know much myself. 🙏🏽 I hope all is well.

Does your oncologist talk to you about it.I was diagnosed September of 2023 and have side effects but not real serious.Right now I'm on maintenance once a month.

Many side effects are probably caused by your meds.

Periodic sickness may be caused by the meds you are getting to fight the cancer.
