What are the early symptoms of MPN ET JAK2 besides fatigue?

2 months agoHi everyone ( My name is Dorothy I live in S Burlington VT I was diagnosed with MPN ET JAK2 Only synth I had was so fatigued all the time. I was going in for breast cancer surgery when it was found in my blood work, or I never would have known.🙏🏻✝️

ET JAK2 can present with various early symptoms beyond fatigue, including headaches, dizziness, vision changes, itching (especially after warm showers), night sweats, or enlarged spleen causing abdominal discomfort. It's fortunate that the routine bloodwork caught this condition early, as many people with MPNs don't experience noticeable symptoms initially and discovering it during cancer screening may have led to earlier monitoring and management.
