last few days head has been feeling heavy and there is very low-grade temperature. Energy level is down and feel sleepy more often. All my scans turned negative only one month ago entering the ninth year into stage four non-small small cell carcinoma with brain metastasis Then suddenly I remember this is spring so I got some zyrtec over-the-counter tablets and started taking them. Almost instantly all symptoms vanished!! Lot of times it’s the small things that keep you anxious. But having faith that you will prevail and trying simple solutions to symptoms first will decrease a lot of anxiety. Love you all Ramesh

Health anxiety is the worst. Literally PTSD. Cancer is the 1st place my mind goes when I'm sick. Thanks for the positive words💛

What a wonderful reminder that sometimes the simplest explanations can provide the most relief! Seasonal allergies can indeed cause fatigue, brain fog, and low energy that might feel concerning, especially when managing a serious condition. This experience highlights how important it becomes to consider all possible causes of new symptoms, including common seasonal issues. Thank you for sharing this insight - it may help others in the community remember to explore straightforward solutions alongside their medical care and could save someone else from unnecessary worry during allergy season.

I too have been feeling fatigued and my nasal passages a mess. My eyes itch and my throat tickles. Nasal rinsing has helped and I wait for the pollen levels to subside soon for further relief.
