Hi! I'm dealing with rash/burns from radiation. Chest area as I have a Pancoast Tumor, upper right lung. Dr said it's normal around the collar bone, but most of my chest/neck is affected. Any tips on care, and treating this?

Radiation skin reactions are a common side effect of treatment, and it's good that you're staying in communication with your medical team about what you're experiencing. Many patients find gentle skincare routines helpful - things like fragrance-free moisturizers, loose clothing, and avoiding sun exposure to the treated area. Your care team may have specific recommendations based on the severity of your skin reaction, so definitely keep them updated on how things are progressing.
