a month agoYes, pulmonary rehabilitation is often covered by insurance, especially Medicare, when it's medically necessary following lung surgery or for certain lung conditions. Coverage typically includes supervised exercise training, education, and breathing techniques to help improve lung function and overall quality of life. It's wonderful that this resource is available and that the decision was made to pursue it - pulmonary rehab can be incredibly beneficial for building strength and endurance during recovery, regardless of when it starts.
