Experience with Lumakras for Stage 4 Cancer?

I was diagnosed in June 23 with stage four nsclc that eventually spread to my brain. Had cyberknife radiation on my brain and that’s been good so far. They switched me to lumakras and all I did was puke. So put me on another which basically did the same. Then stopped all treatments for 2 months hoping to get my energy back which never happened but my cancer grew, and I started coughing up blood. Did a Broncoscopy and that’s stopped the bleeding but it has since started again now I will be going 4 days a week for three weeks for radiation treatment to see if they can shrink it,, plus my reg chemo day. My cancer is non small cell adenocarcinoma lungs cancer with brain mets, that as of now are gone. I can’t have it removed because it’s attached to the lining of my lung and pushing on my pericardium and my bronc track. I was given 3-5 yrs been two and I would love to go for quality over quantity but my family won’t agree with it.

No side effects yet. Just hope it's working, was given 2 years. My next pet scan is end of Sept. I had no issues with the chemo wanted to do both, but that didn't happpen.

Had my pet scan early, had enlarged groin lymp n0des. 3 out of 4 mets no change except for reduced uptake, #4 on adrenal gland got a little bigger w increased uptake. Starting radiation on that one. I guess the lumakras is doing something
