2 months agoI’m a stage 4c neck cancer survivor. Diagnosed March 2023. My cancer has spread to my lungs and upper chest area. Recently the impact has curbed my ability to be active and even mundane things like move about my house have been challenging at times. Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing are primary obstacles. I’m wondering if there are any resources or recommendations that anyone can share which would allow me to get some physical activity in during my day.

2 months agoStaying active with breathing challenges can be incredibly difficult, and it's wonderful that you're looking for ways to maintain movement despite these obstacles. Gentle activities like chair exercises, seated stretching, breathing exercises, or short walks within your tolerance level might be helpful options to explore with your healthcare team, as they can provide personalized recommendations based on your specific situation and limitations.
