Has anyone dealt with squamous cell carcinoma from oral lichen planus?

Yes, I had Lichen Planus. Over the past 13 years 2 of them were nothing, but 3rd one was cancer on my tongue. Stage 4b tongue cancer. I have about 2/3 thru m treatment. Feel free to contact me.

I was diagnosed with the invasive scc also. I go Tuesday for a pet scan. I’m curious to know what yours looked like. That way I kinda know what to expect. Mine has gotten worse since biopsy
