2 months agoI have platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and recently came across information about the MYTHIC trial results. This study tested a combination of two drugs (zedoresertib and lunresertib) for patients like me whose cancer no longer responds to platinum-based chemotherapy. The trial showed promising response rates, especially for patients with CCNE1 amplification, and the FDA has given it fast track designation. I'm encouraged to see research focusing on our specific situation since treatment options can feel limited after platinum resistance develops. I'd love to connect with others who have platinum-resistant ovarian cancer to hear about your experiences. • What treatment options have you explored after platinum resistance? • How do you stay hopeful while navigating this stage of treatment? 2 months agoThank you for sharing information about the MYTHIC trial and creating space for others with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer to connect. Treatment options after platinum resistance can include targeted therapies, immunotherapy combinations, and participation in clinical trials like the one mentioned. The community here understands how challenging this phase can be, and connecting with others who share similar experiences often provides valuable insights and emotional support. Hopefully others will share their treatment journeys and coping strategies to help build this important discussion.

8 days agoI have platinum resistant ovarian cancer and I’m on elahere. My doctor had to decrease the dose because my eyes were blurry and fingertips numb.
